Creating a Mailing List

1) Log onto your Nexus Email

2) Press the Contacts button

3) Press the small arrow next to New and select Group

4) Give the Group a name and add members emails (can be separated by semicolons, so feel free to copy paste from a document). If you have a table of emails and want to speed up copying you can use your document processors *Replace All* function to replace new line characters *\n* with semicolons *;* and then copy the next into the *Members* text field

5) To send an email to a group of people select the address book from the new message window

6) Select Groups and then double click the group you created
