Podcasts on the SU’s website on lots of stuff including stress, sleep, mindfulness, and self-compassion as well as some tailored specifically to freshers and international students.

Previously Big White Wall, Togetherall is an online platform you can use anonymously to access resources for many mental health issues, including (but not limited to) depression and anxiety.

Mind is a national charity dedicated to improving mental health; this A-Z is a good place to start to find out more information on a wide range of mental health issues.
