The JCR Constitution and Processes Handbook outline how the JCR works overall and both are binding documents. The documents are rewritten and resubmitted to the College Governing Body every 5 years (most recently in 2020), and otherwise amendments need a ⅔ majority in a Meeting or Referendum.
The JCR Constitution details the aims and Membership of the JCR, as well as describing the specific duties of each Committee role.
The JCR Processes Handbook outlines the procedures which govern the running of the JCR, including JCR Meetings (both Open and Extraordinary), Elections, Referenda and Finance.
Here are copies of the Statutes, By-Laws, Regulations and the Charter under which the College functions.
